Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

At Titan Cane Corso Puppies, we are dedicated to ensuring every Cane Corso puppy finds a loving, forever home. As experienced breeders and veterinarians, we understand that bringing a Cane Corso into your life is a significant commitment, requiring careful consideration and readiness for their unique needs. Our goal is to match each puppy with a family prepared for the lifelong journey of companionship, protection, and care. While we strive to ensure successful placements, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Below is our return policy, designed to balance the well-being of our puppies with fairness to our clients.

Our Commitment to You and Our Puppies

We pour our hearts into raising healthy, well-socialized Cane Corso puppies, ensuring they are ready to thrive as loyal guardians and family members. Our return policy reflects our dedication to ethical breeding and responsible placement, prioritizing the health and happiness of each puppy while supporting new owners through any challenges.

72-Hour Exchange Option

If, within 72 hours of receiving your puppy, you determine that your Cane Corso is not the right fit for your lifestyle or household, we may, at our discretion, offer a one-time exchange for another available puppy of equal or lesser value. This option is subject to the following conditions:

  • The puppy must be in excellent health, with no signs of neglect, injury, or mistreatment, as verified by a licensed veterinarian.

  • All original documentation, including health records, vaccination certificates, and microchip information, must be returned with the puppy.

  • You are responsible for all transportation costs associated with returning the puppy to our facility and receiving the replacement puppy.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability and our approval, ensuring the best possible match for both you and the puppy.

This exchange window allows us to find a more suitable home for the puppy while helping you find a companion that better aligns with your needs.

Partial Refund Policy

In rare cases where an exchange is not feasible, we may consider a partial refund based on individual circumstances. Factors influencing the refund amount include:

  • The puppy’s age, condition, and time spent in your care.

  • Costs incurred for veterinary care, vaccinations, microchipping, and pre-adoption preparation.

  • Transportation and care expenses already invested in the puppy’s well-being.

Full refunds are not typically available due to the extensive resources dedicated to each puppy’s health, socialization, and placement. Any refund amount will be determined at our discretion after evaluating the situation.

Return Conditions

If returning a puppy is the only viable option, the following requirements must be met:

  • The puppy must be returned in the same healthy condition as when delivered, with no signs of neglect, malnourishment, or mistreatment, as confirmed by our veterinary team.

  • All provided documentation, including health certificates, vaccination records, and microchip details, must accompany the puppy.

  • You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of safe, secure transportation back to our facility in a manner that prioritizes the puppy’s comfort and safety.

  • We reserve the right to decline a return if the puppy’s condition suggests improper care or if the return does not comply with our policy terms.

Support and Communication

We believe many challenges can be resolved with guidance and support. Before considering a return, we encourage you to contact our team to discuss any concerns, whether related to behavior, training, health, or adjustment. Our expertise as breeders and veterinarians allows us to offer tailored advice, such as:

  • Training tips to address the Cane Corso’s strong-willed nature.

  • Health recommendations to ensure your puppy’s well-being, including diet and exercise plans.

  • Socialization strategies to help your puppy settle into your home.

We are committed to helping you and your puppy build a lasting bond and will work with you to overcome any hurdles.
